The event is part of the satellite events of ICLC International Conference of Live Coding taking place in Barcelona 27th–30th May 2025. He’s concerned with exploring how expressive a laptop interface can be. Blaž Pavlica is a programmer, live-coder, audio-visual artist and DJ from Ljubljana, Slovenia. In the last years he has been focusing on different forms of livecoding, doing visuals with the Hydra language, experimental soundscapes, sometimes with immersive sound, and algorave with the SuperCollider language. Mashing SuperCollider synths since 2006, Shelly Knotts wrangles beats and bloops out of unpredictable and semi-random noise generators and auto-drum machines. Te-En Chen is a composer and sound artist whose work bridges classical tradition and experimental practice, based in Linz, Austria. With a background in piano, guitar, and choral singing, he explores electronic noise, multichannel composition, synthesizer performance, and free-tonal improvisation. His projects span live coding, sound installations, and interdisciplinary collaborations. map(h) is a collective conformed by Sule Suarez (Colombia) and Gorka Egino (Basque Country), based in Linz, Austria.
