Three Sisters Tour Based between Amsterdam and Berlin, Goblyns masterfully blend funk, soul, krautrock, and psychedelic hooks. Their sound is driven by sticky, syncopated drum-and-bass grooves and powerful, fuzzy riffs. The (mostly) instrumental trio—made up of brothers Liam and Francis Broek and longtime friend Giovanni Votano, all born and raised in Gqeberha, South Africa—jumped onto the scene in 2023 with the EP This Is Spaghettification. They joined Crazysane Records to release their debut LP, Hunki Bobo, in May ’24, which was met with wide critical acclaim. Since then, they’ve toured Europe and released another impressive album, Three Sisters, in June ’25, introducing Francis’ sweet vocals to the mix. Drawing influence from bands such as The Meters, W.I.T.C.H., CAN, and Kikagaku Moyo, these melomaniacs concoct a sonic purity that resists being nailed down.
