JazzFor this special event, Siluh Records and Fractal Nights are joining forces to present two very special bands. ALLES EXHAUSTED, a brand-new group from Vienna and GUT HEALTH from Melbourne, Australia.
Gut Health are a six-piece ensemble from Naarm / Melbourne who have carved out a sound that blurs the boundaries between hypnotic dance-punk, no-wave and chaotic noise since their arrival in 2022. Songs flicker between atonality and melodicism, while unpredictably snaking and expanding into engulfing, kaleidoscopic soundscapes, reinforced by a groove- heavy rhythm section that champions the diverse musical backgrounds of each player – spanning punk to jazz to sound design and beyond. Gut Health’s debut "Stiletto" is an immersive ten-track foray into dancefloor-inducing soundscapes and punchy prowess, with songs oscillating between infectious up-tempo numbers, hypnotic bliss and chaotic noise edging precariously toward collapse.

ALLES EXHAUSTED is the result of the collaborative effort by a network of musicians from Culk, Pauls Jets, Fuzzybrains and Jansky. Contemporary shoegaze meets thoughtful German lyrics. The massive wall of sound takes on cathartic characteristics, while the soft vocals convey the certainty of being able to stand up to a fierce monster with gentleness. Different voices at the microphone for each song and they are all united by the urge to make this wall of sound their own. Together they finally realise why going on and on is the best way to combat the pressure of the world and the associated powerlessness.
Their self-titled Mini-Album "Alles Exhausted" is released digitally and on tape on 05.09.!
