Entry Free / Donation based / No registration needed During our artistic residency, we've been exploring themes related to the female body and societal control. Through our research, we discovered that many women—ourselves included—struggle deeply with their voices. Historically silenced for centuries, women again face situations today where our voices feel constrained or disconnected due to current political tensions and societal pressures. Inspired by this realization, we've developed practical tools and playful exercises designed to reconnect the voice with the body. In this workshop, we'll explore the voice as an essential part of the body, learning how to actively engage it, make it our ally, and truly be heard. The workshop is specifically aimed at dancers of all levels—professional and amateur—offering insights on how to confidently use their voice as a performative tool, expanding artistic expression beyond movement alone.
