This workshop focuses on the core concept that any piece of music can become a canvas for your movement. A overview of foundation gives you control, flow, and precision. Once we have the groundwork set, we will explore how to adapt and apply these movements across completely different musical genres and sounds. Whether you are looking to refine your technique or push your musicality to the next level, this session will give you the tools to find a wave in every song you hear. Bio Daniel’s inspiration for dance is deeply rooted in his dedication to music and a long-standing fascination with architecture—two influences that shape his sensitivity to structure, space, and rhythm. This connection fuels his drive to express the dynamics and textures of sound through the body. With a background as a music producer and ongoing work in film and photography, his artistic approach bridges auditory and visual languages. Starting from a foundation in Popping, his dance has in recent years evolved into a deeper exploration of Waving techniques. He travels continuously to learn from the source, actively engaging with the Waving community to absorb, refine, and grow through shared knowledge and lived experience.
