Muss man eine stilistische Schublade öffnen, würde man sie im Genre Indie-Pop finden, obwohl ihre Musik vielschichtig ist und sich Einflüsse aus vielen Genres finden. Sucht man den Vergleich, hört man wahrscheinlich Anklänge von Muse, Bloc Party, Blondie oder (... sonst noch was?). The Golden Blades stehen für bis ins Detail ausgetüftelte Songs, die aber ordentlich ins Ohr gehen. Ihre Devise: Die Lust an der Kreativität steht ganz vorne und Emotion sowieso. Das Live-Konzept der Band ist neben der dramaturgisch perfekt nutzbaren musikalischen Bandbreite auch optisch durchgestylt. Ein Fest für alle Sinne.
