THE MAHONES Since their formation on St. Patrick’s Day in 1990, The Mahones have been instrumental in shaping the Irish Punk genre. Often referred to as "Canada's answer to The Pogues," they combine traditional Irish instruments like the tin whistle and accordion with the raw energy of punk rock.
