KOLLAPSE Kollapse (Denmark, 2019) are a trio of like minded, equally obsessed individuals. Informed by existentialism, expressionism, and personal tribulations, Kollapse dig deep. Throat shredding vocals, and loud, heavy drumwork is the basis of their sound. A crossbreed of noise rock, sludge- and experimental metal. Mining similar sonic territory as Ken Mode, Sumac, Swans, Unsane and Black Sheep Wall, but maintaining a distinctly Scandinavian identity. Their album, ‘Sult’, from 2021 received high praise both home and abroad. The newest album, ‘AR’, (2024 - Fysisk Format (NO), Head Records, (FRA) and Vinyltroll Records, DK)) is the culmination of years of hard work and a gruelling self reflective writing process. Human instinct meets the brutality of the life cycle of insects. From meat cocoon to tearing oneself out of the old flesh into the new. ‘AR’ is set for release Marts 2024 and sees the band working with Jacob Bredahl and Scott Evans for maximum sonic carnage. The album is gritty, emotionally messy, and overflowing with beautiful ugliness. The band has performed on stages domestic and abroad and appeared at festivals like A Colossal Weekend, Copenhagen Metal Festival, By:Larm, Tallin Music Week, Reeperbahn Festival, and When Copenhell Freezes Over. Kollapse have played with a diverse selection of bands such as Nothing, KEN mode, YOB, LLNN, Møl, Imperial Triumphant and Orm. Live Kollapse weave a dark cocoon around it's audience only to violently slice it open and drown them in sonic viscera. A noisy and discordant spectacle of intensity. https://kollapse.bandcamp.com/ NEKRODEUS NEKRODEUS' music is loaded with the uncompromising heaviness of sludgy death metal, the gnarled emotional depths of modern black metal and the in-your-face angriness of hardcore and punk. their lyrics written in german and english, are dealing with anger, frustration and weltschmerz, staring deeply into an abyss of decadence, nihilism and misanthropy.
