Association Purpose

The association, whose activities are of public benefit and not aimed at making a profit, pursues the following purposes:

• The promotion of art and culture by providing an automated platform for the collection and dissemination of event information in Austria.

• The promotion of cultural activity and participation by facilitating access to information about cultural events.

• The mediation of art and culture by offering a platform for artists and cultural professionals to present their events.

The association exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes within the meaning of §34 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO). Any purposes not eligible under §34 BAO are subordinate to the charitable purposes and will be pursued to a maximum extent of 10% of the association’s total resources.
