Sonically, the album sees Aries take bolder swings away from the trap rhythms that once defined him without compromising on his knack for anthemic choruses. His fluency in experimental hip-hop has never been stronger – and he turns it all on a dime with his honeyed, unmistakable voice which rides the knife edge between pop and something altogether darker.
