AVANOID Die Grazer Band AVANOID präsentiert ihr Debütalbum „Sanctus“ (Grazil Records). Mit ihrer Musik weben AVANOID Klangteppiche und erschaffen musikalische Texturen. Einflussnehmend sind dabei Stilmittel aus Postrock, Progressive Rock, Hardrock, Psychedelic und Ambient Music. Sich wiederholende, teilweise auch meditative Elemente werden immer wieder eingeflochten. Die Stücke sind größtenteils instrumental, zudem fließen Samples und Feldaufnahmen in die Musik ein. Der Sound von AVANOID reicht von filigran bis hin zu bombastisch – orchestral, von zart bis hart, meist etwas mystisch. Das musikalische Live-Erlebnis wird begleitet durch selbst aufgenommene Landschaftsvideos (shootED).
