De onafhankelijke band uit Aotearoa, Nieuw-Zeeland werd opgericht in 1999 en kwam vanuit de underground dance scene van Wellington naar voren als een genre-overschrijdende krachtpatser. Live is hun muzikale mix van reggae, dub, soul, techno en jazz een luidruchtige, vreugdevolle ervaring, een ondefinieerbaar geluid dat evenzeer wordt gerespecteerd op Freddy’s veelgeprezen debuutstudioalbum ‘Based On A True Story’ als op hun meest recente release ‘SLO MO’. Uit liefde voor muziek keert de band Fat Freddy's Drop in 2026 terug op het podium om hun debuutalbum ‘Based On A True Story’ ten gehore te brengen. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso.
