Gays and Horses is a chart-topping teenage cringecore phenomenon formed in 2018 in the Lukjanivka district of Kyiv. It started as a one-man bedroom project after watching the Queen „Bohemian Rhapsody“ movie. Over the years, the list of ex-members has reached a whopping number of 67, counting some famous ones like OLEG VINNYK, RANDY RHODES the e-piano keyboardist (not to be confused with Randy Rhoads), Verka Serduchka, Stratoslav, John Traumadoll, Dave Mustaine, as well as even Japanese city pop sensation Cornelius at one point. Having released over 300 albums of fart sounds recorded on a potato, jumping from genre to genre under almost 30 ever-changing aliases, by late 2025 the project had reached a stalemate. It failed to gain local fame in the trenches of Kyiv, as well as global appeal on two separate East and West Coast attempts in North America – not to mention a horrid phase of attempting to go viral on TikTok. By then, the band had been ground down to a mere post-punk duo of John Marigold (guitar) and Yuri Snuffek (bass/vocals), who closed themselves for days in the dark room of FIZZ BRIGITTENAU to produce horrid music with a drum machine. They came out every couple of days only to play some pool and consume non-alcoholic beers. But in the alcoholism and the pool, the band found its new purpose. The people they discovered through their shared passion for rolling around balls with sticks and raging alcoholism turned out to be the classic core lineup the band was searching for all these years. Now it is up to them to absolutely sway the local scene with their 10-man lineup (who are all currently in a polyamorous relationship with each other) that includes 3 different singers, 2 managers, and a guy in a horse mask. It has gotten to the point that people make up allegations about them out of pure jealousy for their bitchass rock ’n‘ roll supremacy. At the end of the day, allegations are a sign of success -because if someone is trying to cancel you, that
