Das ROCK IM DORF Festival macht von 31. Juli bis 2. August das Reitsportgelände in der Kirchdorfer Au wieder zur Open-Air-Bühne für täglich 2.500 Besucherinnen und Besucher – mit Naturkulisse, Naturbadeplatz und großem Camping- und Caravangelände. Nach einer Pause im Vorjahr präsentiert sich das ehrenamtlich organisierte Open Air mit einem starken Doppel an der Spitze: Als Headliner freuen wir uns diesmal über BIBIZA und GReeeN. Darüber hinaus setzt das Festival diesmal ein klares Zeichen: Der Fokus liegt stark auf female Artists. Paula Carolina, VICKY, Magda, UCHE YARA, NENDA und Magdalena Wawra führen die beeindruckende Riege an Künstlerinnen an. Das als Green Event ausgezeichnete Festival zählt seit 2013 zu den wichtigsten Musikveranstaltungen im südlichen Oberösterreich. In zehn Ausgaben gastierten über 200 Acts im Kremstal – darunter Wanda, Bilderbuch, Granada, Cari Cari oder AVEC. Neben erstklassigen Artists sorgen zahlreiche DJ’s, Food Trucks, ein Nachmittagsprogramm und eine nahe Bademöglichkeit für Festivalatmosphäre. Eine eigens errichtete Containerhalle macht das Festival wetterfest. Am Sonntag lädt der Frühschoppen bei freiem Eintritt zum Ausklang.
