Hun muziek is een vloeiende mix van psychedelische funk, jazz en analoge geluiden uit het Midden-Oosten, geworteld in mediterrane ritmes. De band schakelt moeiteloos tussen dansvloerknallers en hypnotische soul-jams, waarbij west en oost samensmelten tot iets volstrekt eigens. In 2025 verscheen vanuit hun nieuwe thuisbasis Parijs het vierde album van Sababa 5: 'Nadir'. Het is hun meest ambitieuze project tot nu toe, met een introspectiever en cinematischer geluid. Live blijft de vijfkoppige formatie echter een feest van dansbare grooves en opzwepende energie, die in april 2026 in de Bovenzaal van Paradiso tot leven komt. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
