Stone Sober ist ein ungarisches Psychedelic-Garage-Rock-Duo aus Schlagzeug und Gitarre, das 2021 gegründet wurde. Ihr Sound lebt von treibenden Riffs, schweren Grooves, markanten männlichen und weiblichen Vocals sowie gelegentlich ungewöhnlichen Taktarten. Mit ihren Schlaghosen und auffälligen Outfits greifen sie den Spirit der 70er-Jahre auf. Trotz bereits drei veröffentlichter Alben entwickelt das Duo seinen Sound kontinuierlich weiter. In den vergangenen Jahren spielte Stone Sober als Support für Wolfmother (Australien), Mother Mother (Kanada) und das Brant Bjork Trio (USA) und war auf großen ungarischen Festivals wie Sziget und Campus zu sehen. Neben regelmäßigen Konzerten in Ungarn tritt die Band auch in den Niederlanden, Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien auf. Aufgrund ihres internationalen Potenzials wurden sie 2025 zum Waves Vienna Showcase Festival eingeladen.
