Finding what feels good Slow down and enjoy the music. We’ll explore slower beats, fluid movement, and feel-good moves, taking our time to really connect with the music and find your own groove. Along the way, we’ll dive a little deeper into R&B music, its vibe, intention and how to express it through you own movement. Bio: Debbie Galias is a Vienna-based art director and professional dancer who combines visual arts and movement. As an Arts graduate, she has developed her dance practice across Vogueing, House, Hip Hop, Waving, contemporary dance, and emerging street styles, drawing inspiration from her Filipino roots, traditional folk dances, and Filipino Martial Arts.
