En de Australische band lijkt enkel voor deze woorden te leven. Of het nou hun onvermoeibare tourschema is, of hun talent om roadtrip-party-anthems te smeden alsof het niks is. De volledige trukendoos wordt opengetrokken: onvervalste rock 'n roll, snerpende gitaarsolo's en strakke spandex broeken. Ze kregen het zegen van The Darkness zanger Justin Hawkes, dus dan weet je wel dat het goed zit. Soms is cliché gewoon lekker, vooral als het zo verdomde goed in elkaar zit. Op 17 oktober zag hun nieuwe album 'Easier Said Than Done' het levenslicht, een plaat vol vurige en aanstekelijke rock 'n roll. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein. Restaurant Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show.
