The Underground Youth wurde 2008 als kreatives Projekt von Craig Dyer gegründet. Die Band entwickelte sich von experimentellen Lo-Fi-Aufnahmen zu einer international bekannten Post-Punk- und Psychedelic-Rock-Formation mit düsterer, cineastischer Ästhetik.
