Formed in late 2024, they quickly made waves by uploading grainy, self-recorded live VHS performances to YouTube and Instagram, catching attention with their infectious hooks and raw, no-frills energy. Their sound is a throwback and a leap forward—melding ‘60s garage rock, ‘70s punk, ‘80s alternative, and ‘90s power-pop into something undeniably fresh. Their forthcoming self-titled debut LP captures the band in full force: a stripped-down, emotionally charged ride through personal growth, heartbreak, love, mortality, and life in small-town Nova Scotia. With wailing vocals, snarling guitars, thunderous drums, and filthy 8-string bass lines, The Boojums deliver rock and roll that feels both timeless and vital. CUT.MANNERS Die drei Musiker zeigen Kapitalisten und Faschos den Mittelfinger. Die Inhalte der Musik sind geprägt von Gesellschaftskritik, Fieberträumen und kitschiger Liebe. Rotzige Gitarre und aggressive Stimme werden von kraftvollem Bass sowie harten Drums untermauert. Zusätzlich erzeugen CUT MANNERS auch gruselige Gitarrenklänge und finstere Synth-Melodien, die kalten Schweiß und Gänsehaut hervorrufen können.
